On booking, either a deposit of 25% is required, or the full amount if within six weeks of arrival date. These payments are non refundable unconditionally. In view of these contractual payment conditions, it is strongly recommended that our guests take out travel insurance to cover them for unforeseen circumstances such as cancellation or curtailment. On booking you will receive an insurance form from GuestFirst, UK Holiday Insurance arranged through Rothwell & Towler.

Cancellation and curtailment insurance protects the hirer against liability for the rental charge including the deposit. Insurance fees are non refundable. Cover extends to sickness, death or injury of any member of the party travelling or immediate relative or business associate of them. Also following jury service, unforeseen overseas occupational posting and presence required at home address by police following theft or damage rendering the home uninhabitable. 

We offer two choices of insurance this year as follows:

Guest First brochure from us advising of their tariffs and conditions. Premium of £8 for holiday cost up to £100, through to £39 for holiday cost up to £1000, thereafter £2 per additional £100. Just complete the details and post direct to Guest First.
